Agreement to Terms

By using Open Caption Finder by deafFLIX (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Open Caption Finder Does

Open Caption Finder by deafFLIX helps you find open caption (OC) movie showtimes at theaters near you. We aggregate showtime data from various sources and display it in one place. We do not sell tickets directly.

Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide accurate showtime information, but we cannot guarantee that all listings are correct or up to date. Showtime data comes from third-party sources and theaters may change their schedules without notice.

A showtime listed as “open caption” in our app may not actually be open caption. Theaters may mislabel showtimes, change formats without notice, or have technical issues that prevent captions from displaying. We rely on data provided by theaters and third-party sources, and we cannot verify the accuracy of every listing.

Always confirm directly with the theater that a showtime is open caption before purchasing tickets or traveling to the theater.

User Conduct

When using the app, you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to disrupt or overload our services
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Scrape or harvest data from the app without permission

Intellectual Property

The Open Caption Finder and deafFLIX names, logos, and app design are the property of Look Loaded Inc. Movie titles, theater names, and related information belong to their respective owners.

Third-Party Links

The app contains links to theater websites for ticket purchases. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of these external sites.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Open Caption Finder is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Look Loaded Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Showtimes incorrectly listed as open caption
• Ticket purchases made based on information in the app
• Travel expenses incurred to reach a theater
• Showtimes that disappear from the app or are no longer available
• Theaters that stop offering open caption screenings
• Technical errors, glitches, or service interruptions
• Any other losses or damages related to reliance on app information

You use this app at your own risk. We provide showtime information as a convenience, not as a guarantee. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on information displayed in the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
